It may work for us to better enjoy the course by preventing potential unfair access to tee times through automation. The details are as follow.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

• The current $5 per person reservation fee, which has been collected at check-in, will now be charged at the time the online reservation is made and referred to as the "booking fee."

• This fee is non-refundable if the tee time is canceled, modified, or missed.

• The fee will only be credited back to the golfer if the course is closed by the park before play begins and will be issued as a paper raincheck or a credit to your golf account.

• There are NO INCREASES to current fees.

Cancellation Policy

• Tee times must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation.

• Failure to show up for your tee time will continue to result in a $15 per golfer no-show fee, which must be paid before making future reservations.

• Players not checked in at least 45 minutes prior to their tee time will be marked as a no-show and the slot will be released for walk-ups.

Cancellation Limits

• The monthly cancellation limit per account will be reduced from 8 to 6.

• Exceeding this limit will temporarily lock your account, preventing additional bookings for the remainder of the month.
